Good executive events are hard to find and easy to fake. Everything listed here is hosted by a named organisation, capped at a table size, and run to the same rules.
Most tables are between 8 and 15 seats. Panels and investigator meetings are larger and say so. Every event publishes its cap before you request a seat, and if a room fills, it does not expand.
Each event is hosted by a single organisation. There is no exhibition floor, no sponsor tier, and nobody paid to stand near you.
Every event publishes the questions it will work through. No slides, no product demo. If the format changes, the page changes.
Hosts fund these rooms and sit in them. They do not run a deck at them.
You can use what you hear. You cannot attribute it. Nothing is recorded. Attendee lists are not circulated, sold, or shared with anyone outside the host.
Your request goes to the host and to the operations team running the event, and nowhere else. If you are not seated, we keep your details for the next relevant room unless you tell us not to.
